Viking Performance takes another leap in high performance suspension with it’s new patent pending Crusader high force double adjustable struts. These Crusader struts are offered in a variety of valving confirmation depending on the application. Now available in Long Travel form with 9″ of travel. These struts have 19 positions of compression and 22 positions of rebound adjustment for 418 different valving combinations. Lightweight aluminum twin tube design with sleek clear anodized finish. Select your strut above based on the spindle you are using. 79-86 Mustang V8 & 79-93 Mustang 4/6 Cyl all use 1″ wide spindles. 87-04 Mustang V8 use 3/4″ wide spindles. Spindle width is measured where the strut bolts to the spindle.
AD (standard compression, soft rebound)- standard lower hp front, lower hp (under 600) bracket or no prep cars
AK (standard compression, medium to firm rebound) 700 HP+ drag car, “K” has a good mix of soft to very firm rebound force can be used for no prep or bracket cars.
All Crusader shocks and struts are custom built to order by Viking.
IMPORTANT NOTE: CrusaderTM series shocks are for COMPETITION USE ONLY and NOT designed for street use.
