Mike came to Trick Chassis with a request for a stiff chassis without the use of a cage. Trick Chassis bent up some custom chromoly pieces that will support the entire chassis and prevent it from experiencing the famous "G-body twist". Since the car was this far apart it was also a good time to notch the frame for wider rear tires. To help put the power to the ground that Mikes twin turbo LS will make, a Trick Chassis 9 inch rear end was custom made in house. The entire frame will be powdercoated semi gloss black. Follow this build for more pictures as we progresses through it.
Trick Chassis completely dissembled the car in House and had it sand blasted in preparation for the modifications to come.
The addition of custom bent bars to strengthen the chassis. This chassis will also be using a coil-over shock setup instead of the factory coil springs.
Some sneak peaks of the twin turbo LS that will sit on this frame.
